At TungstenRing, we want you to feel confident when choosing your ring. If your purchase is not quite right, please review the following return and refund information.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging and any accessories supplied.
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
  • The item must not have been personalised or specially made to your specifications, unless it is faulty.

For hygiene and product-condition reasons, we reserve the right to assess returned items before approving a refund.

2. How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service team.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • The product you wish to return.
  • The reason for your return.
  • Photographs, if the item is damaged or defective.

We will provide the appropriate return instructions after reviewing your request.

Please do not send items to an address other than the return address confirmed by our team.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs to help us assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by law.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will deal with the return costs in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable for change-of-mind returns, subject to your statutory rights.

6. Exchanges

If you would like a different design or size, please contact us first.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and our return conditions.

Please note that tungsten carbide rings generally cannot be resized. We recommend checking your ring size carefully before placing an order.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

For UK customers, eligible online purchases may also benefit from the statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These generally allow cancellation within 14 days of receiving the goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them, subject to applicable exceptions and conditions.
